Being the founder and Chairman of the Board of the company; almost all BCE activities since 1991 were developed, upgraded and maintained by Adel Elwefati. His main interest is concrete technology, construction, specifications, non destructive testing and rehabilitation of structures.

Since its establishment in 1991, BCE has been engaged in well over two hundred consultancy jobs, most of which were related to diagnosis and repair of deteriorated concrete structures, in addition to the classical works of design and supervision of construction.
it is worth noting that Dr. Adel has more than 60 publications submitted to local & international conferences and symposiums in the field of concrete design, construction, testing, specifications and rehabilitation. Also, author of note books for basic Materials of Construction and Advanced Concrete Technology.
