The owner of the project, AGOS Group International, wanted to investigate and assess the structural condition of the reinforced concrete elements of Gozeltiek Hotel of Misurata, including implementation of necessary site and lab testing and structural analyses to assess the structural condition of the hotel, and also layout the nessecary remedial measures.

The investigation included the following works:

• Studying the effect of the proposed modifications and additions on the structural integrity of the building.
• Corrosion assessment of the structural elements of the building.
• Damages caused by the military conflicts in 2011.
• Assessment of the structural condition of some of the building elements with respect to the fire induced cracking and deterioration.
• Investigate the possibility of adding a new façade instead of the existing one.

Assessment of concrete elements in car park and store room at the underground floor, the roof of the mechanical equipment room, the emergency staircase, and the rear fencing.

Year of Completion: 2016.

Evaluating engineering designs, preparing lists of quantities and estimated cost to complete the implementation of Tatweer Tourism Village project in Tallil / Sabratha.

Construction management & supervision of the construction of Tripoli Corinthia Hotel, one of the hotels among Corinthia Hotel international series.

Year of Completion: 2003.

Bonyan supervised implementation of the repair works and also Quality Control assurance for some of the columns  on the ground floor located in the boiler room of Bab Albahr hotel in Tripoli.

The repair works were implemented by using concrete jackets.
